Food Innovation Lab – Spring 2024 (752-7511-00L)
"Food Innovation Lab" guides multi-disciplinary student teams through an innovation process to tackle challenges of the world food system - ranging from identifying problems, developing consumer-centric solutions to prototyping and business model development. Experts from industry and academia will share their knowledge and provide feedback to facilitate the development of impactful solutions.

Bachelor, Master and PhD students from all disciplines with passion and interest to learn about and tackle global food challenges. No prior knowledge in food science is expected. The program will be held in English.
All participants must be able to enroll to an ETH course through mystudies.ethz.ch or the according registration form (see below).
Mystudies:
- ETHZ and UZH Bachelor, Master and PhD students
- Exchange students enrolled at ETH in Spring semester 2023
Registration form required:
- "Special students” from Swiss partner universities (more information)
- PhD students enrolled at any Swiss university (more information)
- Auditors covering the costs for the lecture (more information)
